DEZONE will be not responsible for delay of University examination and the result declaration.

Student must have cleared all the dues towards fee fixed by DEZONE while taking admission will be only eligible to appear for University Examination.

DEZONE’s responsibility is limited to informing the Examination, date time and venue only. The examination centers would be at PERINTHALMANNA, CALICUT, PALAKKAD,KOCHI and TIRUR .Sometimes university may change place of examination centers such cases student can opt for the nearest available examination centre.

The student has the option of paying the fees either in lump sum or by installments as agreed upon at the time of enrolling. Once paid the fees is not refundable at any circumstances.

After enrollment it will take minimum 60 days to receive the Identity card and courseware.

The DEZONE shall be not responsible for rejecting the application from the student by the University is unable to meet the norms.

The date for the exam venue Date and Time shall be informed well in advance.

After successful completion of the final examination for various Under graduate, Post graduate, Diploma and Certificate courses the certificate will be awarded by the University and DEZONE will not be responsible for any delay of issuing final certificate by University.

DEZONE will not be responsible for any delay of course ware distribution and the same could be possible only after receiving the materials from the university.

Some courses university is not printing courseware such cases the detailed syllabus will be providing to the candidates and he/she will have to buy the books from the books shops.

Some occasions University may withdraw some courses like Re-admission and other courses in such a cases DEZONE will not be responsible .In case if its happens the student will be either refunded the whole amount or He/She can be opted for different Universities if the same course exists.

Under Bharathair University Candidates have to submit their original certificates at the time of Admission .In the case of UG ,candidates have to submit their originals of 10th and +2 . In the case of any PG programme candidates have to submit their originals of 10th, +2 and degree certificates. All the originals will be returned back after the verification done by the university within a specified period of time.
